Which referrals do we accept?
- Candella works with people aged 18 and older who experience mental health issues or who live with a psychosocial disability.
- We accept referrals for people who have NDIS funding for Support Coordination, Increased Social and Community Participation, or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. All our services are capacity-building services.
- As a registered NDIS provider, Candella can provide services to people whose funding is NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed.
- We do not provide personal care services, cleaners, or gardeners.
- We no longer accept referrals for Core Supports.
