What does 'Employment Pathways' mean?
The Employment Pathways Program supports Candella clients towards employment. By that we mean any activity, for example: studying, volunteering, a job placement or a paid job.

Utilising Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching funds, we equip you with the essential skills, resources, and ongoing assistance needed to succeed in your chosen path.

Our expert Employment Recovery Coaches will work with you, identifying your strengths and passions, to develop a customised plan to achieve your ambitions.
