As a founding board member and current chairperson at Candella, Jake brings a wealth of experience in the fields of technology, HR and mental health service delivery. With a background in technology Jake has co-founded multiple tech startups, held senior management positions with for-profit and not-for-profit organisations and brings a unique perspective on the intersection of people and technology. Currently serving as Head of Product Innovation for an ASX listed cyber security business, Jake is passionate about employee experience, product design and organisational effectiveness.
