On Wednesday, October 25th, the Candella workforce gathered in Melbourne’s Docklands for a day dedicated to enhancing connections, fostering a sense of belonging, and reinforcing our collective purpose. The event was facilitated by Culture Hero, a team of play experts. The day’s focus was on strengthening interpersonal bonds, aligning with Candella’s values and self care practices.

It was a day for us to unite, recognising the meaningful contributions each of us makes daily in supporting our clients, while also sharing moments of fun and enjoyment throughout (try rapid portrait drawing with your non-dominant hand, without looking at your paper!). We extend our appreciation to Dara and Ana from Culture Hero who beautifully guided us through this meaningful day. Witnessing our Candella family come together for this special and playful occasion was incredibly powerful.
